Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order is processed and handed to the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Free shipping applies to orders totaling $75 or more after any applicable discounts. Shipping cost is calculated on your order subtotal, not including taxes.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location and the selected shipping method. We reserve the right to use the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website:

  • UPS: ups.com
  • FedEx: fedex.com

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • Hawaii and Alaska
  • Puerto Rico and other US territories
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • PO Boxes (for Express and Overnight options)
  • International addresses

Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.
  2. Allow 1 additional business day, as sometimes packages are marked delivered before physical delivery.
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  4. If still unresolved after 3 business days, contact us at [email protected].

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please email us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at [email protected] — we can only make changes before your order enters the fulfillment process.
