Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is in original, unworn condition
  • Item has not been washed or dry cleaned
  • Original tags are still attached and intact
  • Item is free from odors, stains, pet hair, or alterations
  • Item is returned in original packaging (if possible)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items with tags removed
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Receive your return authorization. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging or a sturdy box. Include your order number on a slip inside the package.
  4. Ship your return using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining your tracking number.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item
  • You received a defective or damaged item

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Exchanges

We currently handle exchanges as a return + new order process:

  1. Initiate a return for the item you'd like to exchange within 30 days.
  2. Place a new order for the item in the correct size or color.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed as described above.

If you're concerned about stock availability, we recommend placing your new order before returning the original item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or an item that doesn't match your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any return shipping costs.
