Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after your order is processed. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days, and Overnight shipping delivers the next business day. We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $6.99. Express shipping is $12.99 and Overnight is $24.99 regardless of order total.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed. Items must be in original, unaltered condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. If you received a defective item, please contact us regardless of this policy.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking is available via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on which carrier handles your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the email for tracking to become active.
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once your order has entered the fulfillment process, we may not be able to make changes, but you can return the items after delivery.
We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards through the PayPal secure checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All transactions are SSL encrypted for your security. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips and comparing them to our size guide. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit.
Currently, we ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the incorrect or damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you — no need to ship the item back in this case.
We handle exchanges as a return followed by a new order. Initiate your return within 30 days (email [email protected]), and once we confirm receipt of your return, place a new order for the correct size or color. If you'd like to hold a specific item, place your new order while initiating the return simultaneously.
